What exactly do you make?

+

Video and photo campaigns that stick and convert. We don’t start with the camera, we start by listening: what do you want to achieve, and who do you need to reach? Then we dive into pre-production, where strategy and creative come together. On set we work with a crew of 2 to 20, exactly what your goal needs. In the edit, Matias or Joey bring it all together, and we deliver on time. The result: videos that attract talent, bring in leads, grow revenue and make your brand stronger.

Do you film outside Belgium?

+

We’d love to. We’ve filmed on six continents in more than 20 countries. Give us the challenge and a good story, we’ll handle the rest.

Who will I be working with?

+

A regular crew you’ll know by name. You talk directly to the people making your film, no agency in between. One point of contact from the first call to delivery. Short lines, quick decisions, nothing lost in translation.

What does a video cost?

+

Honestly? That depends on what you want to tell. After a first chat you get a tailor-made quote, clearly broken down. No surprises afterwards.

How long does a project take?

+

That depends on the size of the campaign, how many shoot days are needed, and so on. A social video can be ready within a week. A full campaign with several shoot days and locations takes a few weeks. After our first chat you get a concrete schedule. Got a hard deadline? Tell us straight away and we’ll plan back from that date.

Can you make content for us every month?

+

Yes. With our Stoked subscription you get fresh content every month, without starting from scratch each time. And that’s the big win: we become part of your marketing team. Month after month we get to know your brand, your people and your audience better, until we know exactly what works. You barely have to lift a finger. We think along, come up with our own ideas and initiatives, and make sure you always have something strong to show.

What’s the difference between quantity and quality?

+

Lots of content is easy. Content that sticks isn’t. We’d rather make one film that moves people than ten videos nobody remembers. Need volume? Then we make sure every cut still hits that level.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

+

No. A project is one quote, one signature. Even with our Stoked subscription you’re not locked in for years. We want you to stay because it works, not because you have to.

Can the price go up along the way?

+

Not without you knowing. The quote is the price. Want something extra along the way, a shoot day or an extra version? We talk about it first and you decide. Do we spot a chance to boost the impact or conversion? We always put it on the table upfront. Never afterwards on the invoice.

Do I need to prepare anything?

+

Hardly anything. We take care of everything from A to Z: concept, script, crew, planning, shoot and edit. You only do what only you can do: know your brand, your people and your story, and make the calls. Want to save on the quote? Then you can take on some tasks yourself, like finding locations or extras. Who does what, we always agree clearly upfront. We’ll take the nerves.

What if it rains?

+

Then we have a plan B, and sometimes rain is exactly the most beautiful shot, or fits the story perfectly. We keep an eye on the weather in the planning and move things if we really have to. In short: we’re flexible!

How long is a shoot day?

+

A full shoot day is about eight hours, breaks included. The crew arrives early to set everything up, so you don’t have to wait. Half a day works too, and you get the exact schedule upfront in the call sheet.

Do I need to be on set?

+

No need, but you’re always welcome. It helps to have one contact person on your side within reach for quick decisions. We handle the rest.

Do you work with actors or our own staff?

+

Both, depending on the story. Your own people bring a credibility you can’t act. If the concept calls for actors or extras, we find and cast them for you.

My people aren’t used to cameras. Is that a problem?

+

Quite the opposite. Most people aren’t, and that’s exactly where the real stuff is. We take our time, put everyone at ease and often film while they simply do their thing. After a while they forget the camera is even there. Is there scripted acting involved? Then we look upfront at who’s taking part and how much experience they have, and decide together who goes in front of the camera.

Who arranges consent from the people on camera?

+

We provide the consent forms, so everyone who’s recognisable on screen agrees with how the footage will be used. For your own staff, we align with you beforehand.

Can you film while our business is open?

+

That depends on the type of production. With a small crew we work compact and discreet, and plan the shoot around your day. Customers and colleagues often barely notice we’re there. A bigger production with more crew and gear can get in the way of your business, or your business in the way of our shoot. That’s why we always look at it together upfront: when it’s quiet, which spaces are free and what needs to move for a while.

Can we watch during the shoot?

+

Absolutely. Where possible, we set up a monitor on set so you can watch live. You see right away what we’re shooting, and you can steer while we’re still there.

Can you film underwater anywhere?

+

Almost anywhere: from a swimming pool to the open sea. We have the gear and the experience in house. Safety and visibility decide where it’s possible, and we look at that together upfront.

Can you just fly a drone anywhere?

+

Not just anywhere, and that’s a good thing. Our pilots are certified and we request the necessary permits for every flight.

How many feedback rounds do I get?

+

Two rounds of revisions are included in every quote. We keep polishing until it’s right, promise.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

+

Then neither are we. But we do everything we can to make sure it never gets that far. In pre-production we get everything aligned together: concept, tone, visuals, music, script. With moodboards, references and a detailed script, you see the film before a single shot is filmed. Still something off at the end? Then we sit down together and adjust until it’s right. Around 98% of our clients are happy with the final result.

What formats do you deliver in?

+

In every format you need, from cinema screen to TV to smartphone: 16:9 for website and YouTube, 9:16 for reels and stories, 4:5 and 1:1 for the feed. One shoot day, lots of cuts.

Do you use AI images?

+

No. We go all in on authenticity, because your viewer feels it. Generated images feel cheap, and what really moves people lives in the imperfections. That’s why we choose real people, real places, real light. We do use AI tools behind the scenes, to strengthen the final result. Never to replace the real work.
